We do not require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, age, or email address to use the App.

When you use the AI features, the text or other content that you voluntarily enter into the App may be transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, OpenAI, through the OpenAI API.

We do not use this information to identify you personally.
Where applicable, the App may use Apple's iCloud services to synchronize or store data associated with the App.
Data stored through iCloud is handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms. We do not have access to data stored in your personal iCloud account unless the App specifically provides such access as part of a feature.
The App uses OpenAI's API to provide AI-powered functionality.
When you submit a request through an AI feature:
The content you submit is transmitted securely to OpenAI through the OpenAI API.
OpenAI processes the submitted content to generate the requested AI response.
The resulting response is returned to the App.
Our App does not intentionally store your AI conversation history on our own servers.
The primary information transmitted to OpenAI is the text or content you submit to the AI feature for the purpose of generating a response.
If a particular AI feature supports additional types of content, such as images or files, the App will disclose the applicable data being transmitted before processing where required.
Before the App sends applicable user-provided content to OpenAI, the App displays an in-app disclosure explaining:
What information will be transmitted;
That the information will be sent to OpenAI;
The purpose of the transmission; and
How the information will be processed.
You must affirmatively select “Agree” before the AI feature can transmit the applicable information to OpenAI.
If you select “Cancel”, the applicable AI processing will not proceed.
OpenAI is a third-party service provider that processes information submitted through the OpenAI API on our behalf for the purpose of providing the AI functionality.
OpenAI's handling of API data is subject to its applicable terms, privacy documentation, and data protection practices.
We use the OpenAI API rather than intentionally providing OpenAI with information for advertising or marketing purposes.
The App does not intentionally use your submitted AI content to train AI models.
OpenAI may retain API data for limited purposes such as abuse monitoring and safety requirements in accordance with the applicable OpenAI API policies.

We may use information processed by the App for the following purposes:
To provide AI-generated responses and other App features;
To operate and maintain the App;
To troubleshoot technical issues;
To improve App functionality and performance;
To synchronize applicable data through Apple iCloud; and

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use information submitted to the AI feature for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share or transmit information with service providers when necessary to provide App functionality.
In particular, content submitted to the AI features is transmitted to:

Purpose: AI processing and generation of responses.
Data involved: User-provided content submitted to the AI feature.
Method: OpenAI API.
Where applicable, data may also be synchronized through Apple iCloud for features that support iCloud synchronization.
We do not intentionally share user information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers may process information according to their own applicable privacy policies, terms, security practices, and contractual obligations.
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message.
We use this information solely to:

Data stored through Apple iCloud, where applicable, is subject to Apple's applicable data storage and privacy practices.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide support, resolve issues, and maintain appropriate business records.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App.
AI requests are transmitted to OpenAI through the OpenAI API using secure transmission methods.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the App.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
The App may use third-party services necessary to provide specific functionality.
These may include:
OpenAI — AI processing and generation of responses.
Apple iCloud — synchronization or storage of applicable App data.
