Enquanto escola do ensino especializado artístico, a Academia de Música de Castelo de Paiva-Portugal, desenvolve ao longo do ano um conjunto de iniciativas que visam não só estimular os seus alunos para as práticas instrumentais e para a fruição artística mas também alargar o seu projeto ao âmbito nacional e internacional.

Nessa medida realizou iniciativas que têm ultrapassado fronteiras e têm trazido a Castelo de Paiva grandes vultos do panorama artístico nacional e internacional.

Um desses projetos de referência é a "Academia Ibero-Americana do Clarinete" que teve a sua primeira edição em 2011. Esta iniciativa, que desde então envolveu professores e alunos de países do espaço ibero-americano, como Portugal, Espanha, Venezuela, Colômbia, Paraguai, México, Estados Unidos da América, Costa Rica e Brasil, constituiu um sucesso assinalável pela partilha de experiências que ocasionou e pelo contributo que gerou no desenvolvimento de processos pedagógicos que enriqueceram artística e tecnicamente todos os participantes no evento. Nascida de sinergias geradas entre alunos e professores do espaço cultural ibero-americano a AIAC dá continuidade à colaboração mantida entre personalidades que, através da sua arte, promovem a partilha de conhecimentos e a troca de experiências tornando possível a implantação de projetos de referência.

Pretende-se que a 15ª edição da AIAC dê continuidade e reforce os objetivos e os compromissos assumidos.

Professores de reconhecido mérito são a garantia de que será possível alcançar as metas desejadas.

Aos participantes será oferecido um espaço educativo propício às tarefas propostas. Para além do trabalho individual que irão realizar, poderão participar em diversos concertos e assistir, sem custos adicionais, a todos os recitais integrados neste evento.

As a school of arts, the Academia de Música de Castelo de Paiva - Portugal, developed over the years a number of initiatives that have as a goal, not only to encourage the students to the musical practice and to the enjoyment of art, but also to extend the school's project to the national and international level.

Those initiatives have brought to Castelo de Paiva some of the greatest figures of national and international art scene.

"Academia Ibero-Americana do Clarinete", which had its first edition in 2011, is one of these reference projects. The initiative, involving teachers and students from countries like Portugal, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguai, México, USA, Costa Rica and Brasil, was a notable success leading to a sharing of experiences and contributing to the development of pedagogical processes that have enriched artistic and technically all participants at the event. Born of synergies among students and teachers of the Ibero-american cultural space, the AIAC continues the collaboration maintained between personalities who, through their art, enhance the knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences, making possible the implementation of these reference projects.

It is intended that the 15th edition of the AIAC will build on and reinforce the goals and commitments. Teachers of recognised merit are the guarantee that it will be possible to achieve the desired goals.

Participants will be offered a space conducive to educational assignments. In addition to the individual work all the participants will also be offered the opportunity to perform severa! concerts and attend (free of charge) to all concerts and recitais incorporated into this event.
