Meeting Times

May be scheduled any time between 8 AM - 10 PM PT, Monday - Sunday, but we will ask for availabilities in advance and work to schedule it for all parties needed, prioritizing leadership & necessary attendees. 

We will make an effort to have an asynchronous option for those who can't attend to catch up.

Workload

(Approximate, will vary based on role and hiring, to be updated post-script):

Production Team: Assist teams by department, may potentially stay on for entire duration of program

Script Writers: 5-10 pages per writer, 2 weeks per draft

Storyboard Team: 1-2 sequences/3-5 pages per artist, 3 weeks per phase (thumbs/cleans), 6 weeks total

Design Team: 1-4 designs per artist per week for 3 weeks, 3-12 designs total

Edit Team: 5-10 minutes of edited animatic per 2 weeks, 3 rounds, 6 weeks total

*Storyboard Revisionists will revise boards during this time
