Saira Umar - Showrunner/EP

Saira is the Creative Chair and Writers' Program Lead at Asians in Animation and Executive Producer of 4P 2024-25. She has been an AIA volunteer since 2021 and served in creative leadership for over 3 years. She currently works as a Production Assistant at Marvel Animation. Previously she was at Titmouse on KEVIN, Digman! and Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld.

Saira has written for PBS Kids and was in the WGF's Support Staff Training Program, and a Semi-Finalist for the Disney TV Writing Program, Universal Animation Writing Program and Disney Imagineering Imaginations.

Previously, Saira worked as a private school teacher, and freelanced as a graphic designer and curriculum developer. 

Alice Jiang - Producer 

Alice is the Creative Director of Asians in Animation and Producer of 4P 2024-25. She currently works as a Production Assistant at Titmouse on the Legend of Vox Machina, and previously on Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld at Titmouse. As a Production Assistant, she has experience working in all stages of a 2D-animated TV pipeline, from pre-production to post-production. She is currently working as a freelance Project Lead at Essence Cartoon, a small studio producing animated shorts and marketing materials.

Alice was part of the WIA Mentorship Circle 2023 Cohort: Building a Career in Animation with Christina Dunlop. She has experience with producing short films, programs, and events through her time in school as former Vice President of J2K and former Treasurer of Art and Tech Club.
