By creating an account and using AI-0, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the application, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
AI-0 provides AI-powered image and video generation services. You may use our service to create, edit, and share AI-generated content. You must:
Be at least 13 years old to use this service
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
AI-0 uses a credit-based system. You can earn credits by watching advertisements or purchase premium plans. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create using AI-0. However, by using our service, you grant AI-0 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our service.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for all content you create, upload, or generate using AI-0. AI-0 does not endorse, review, or validate any user-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-0 is merely a tool and platform, and has no control over the content created by users. Users assume full legal responsibility for:
The accuracy, originality, and legality of generated content
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Verifying that the content does not infringe third-party rights
Obtaining necessary permissions and licenses for content creation
Any claims or disputes arising from the use of generated content
You may not use AI-0 to create, generate, or distribute content that:
Violates any local, state, national, or international law
Infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
Contains defamatory, libellous, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing material
Depicts or promotes illegal activities, extreme violence, or harm to persons
Contains personal, private, or confidential information of others without explicit consent
Violates privacy rights or constitutes unauthorized use of personal data
Constitutes fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation
Promotes discrimination or hatred based on protected characteristics
Contains sexually explicit or exploitative material
AI-0 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
AI-0 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any user-generated content created using our service, including but not limited to claims arising from:
Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Defamation or libel claims
Privacy violations or unauthorized use of personal information
Misuse or illegal use of generated content
Third-party rights violations
Loss or damage caused by user-generated content
Disputes between users regarding content ownership or usage
Users indemnify and hold harmless AI-0 from any third-party claims related to content they create or generate.
You retain ownership of the creative input (prompts, parameters) you provide. However, AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and are subject to applicable AI licensing terms. You grant AI-0 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized versions of your content and generated outputs solely for:
Operating and improving our service
Training and enhancing our AI models
Marketing and demonstration purposes
AI-0 does not claim ownership of generated content but retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.
AI-0 utilizes AI models (Veo 3.1, Sora 2, and others) to generate content. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or quality issues
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, usefulness, or suitability of AI-generated content
AI models may produce unexpected, biased, or unintended results
Generated content is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or defects in generated content
The availability and performance of specific AI models may change without notice
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
AI-0 provides the service "AS IS" without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
AI-0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI-0 in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI-0, its founders, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any law or regulation
Your use of the service
Content you create or generate
Your infringement of any third-party rights
Disputes involving your use of the service
AI-0 reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim subject to indemnification.
AI-0 uses a credit-based system. You can earn credits by watching advertisements or purchase premium plans. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions except where required by law.
AI-0 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
Violate these Terms of Service
Create prohibited content
Engage in illegal activities
Harass other users or AI-0 staff
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Otherwise abuse the service
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. AI-0 may retain and use any information associated with your account.
AI-0 may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse, review, or assume responsibility for third-party content. Your access and use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Your use of AI-0 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue using the service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI-0 operates. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of AI-0 shall be subject to binding arbitration or court proceedings as permitted by applicable law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts that have authority to hear such disputes.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
