Delete Account – AI0

AI0 allows users to delete their account directly from within the app. You do not need to contact support to request account deletion.

How to Delete Your AI0 Account

To permanently delete your AI0 account, follow these steps:

1. Open the AI0 app
   
   

2. Go to the Settings page
   
   

3. Tap the Delete Account button
   
   

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
   
   

Once confirmed, the account deletion process starts immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your AI0 account, the following data and content are permanently removed:

• Your account and associated email address
  
  

• All generated content within the app
  
  

• All remaining credits and balances
  
  

• App usage data linked to your account
  
  

This action is irreversible.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription:

• Your subscription will be cancelled
  
  

• You will no longer be billed
  
  

• Any remaining subscription benefits will be removed
  
  

Subscription handling follows Google Play’s subscription policies.

Data Retention

After account deletion:

• Your personal account data is deleted immediately
  
  

• No user-generated content or credits are retained
  
  

• Some non-personal, aggregated, or legally required data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for fraud prevention
