Welcome to AI Passport Studio. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
AI Passport Studio is designed to process images locally on your device. We do not provide cloud storage, backup or remote processing services. You are solely responsible for backing up any photos edited or generated using the App.
The performance of the App's AI features (such as background removal and face enhancement) depends on the hardware capabilities of your device. We do not guarantee that all features will function flawlessly on older or unsupported devices.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you process using the App. We do not claim any ownership over your images.
You agree not to use the App to process, generate or distribute content that is:
* Illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities.
* Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
* Defamatory, obscene, abusive, or highly offensive.
You are entirely responsible for the photos you choose to edit and the resulting generated content.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, AI models and user interface are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code or AI models from the App.
Certain features of the App may require a premium subscription or one-time purchase.
* All payments are processed securely through your device's app store (e.g., Google Play Store).
* Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms of service.
* We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time, but we will provide reasonable notice for active subscribers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Because AI editing processes are predictive, we do not guarantee that the generated images will always meet your exact expectations or be entirely free of visual artifacts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the 30-06-2026 at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through an
in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
