By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Your photos are yours: AI Passport Studio is designed with a strict privacy-first architecture.
Local AI Processing: All photo editing, background removal and AI enhancement features are processed entirely on your device.
No Cloud Uploads: We do not upload, store or transmit your photos to external servers. Your images never leave your device.
No Facial Recognition: We do not perform biometric facial recognition or sell your personal data.
To provide our core features, the App requests the following on-device permissions:
Camera: Required to take photos directly within the app for editing.
Photo Gallery / Storage: Required to load existing photos for editing and to save your final edited photos to your device.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings or within the App's Privacy Settings.
We use anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used and to fix technical issues.
Usage Data: If you opt-in to "Help Improve the App," we collect anonymized, aggregated data about feature usage.
Crash Reports: If you opt-in to "Send Anonymous Crash Reports," we collect diagnostic data when the app crashes.
Zero Personal Data: Neither analytics nor crash reports contain any personal information, photos, or private files.
You can toggle these options on or off at any time in the Privacy Settings page.
The App may create temporary cached files on your device to ensure smooth AI processing.
- You can manually delete these temporary files anytime via the Clear AI Cache or Clear Temporary AI Files options in the App.
- Uninstalling the app or selecting Delete All App Data will permanently erase all settings, saved photos and cached files from your device.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the 30-06-2026 at the top of this policy.
