AI Passport Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application AI Passport studio (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about how your data is handled.
- How it works: When you select or capture a photo to create a passport, visa, or ID photo, the image is processed to crop, adjust, remove backgrounds, and enhance quality.
- On-Device Processing: Basic photo editing, cropping, and standard adjustments are processed entirely locally on your device.
- Cloud AI Enhancement: When you use advanced AI features (such as GFPGAN face restoration, Real-ESRGAN super-resolution, or cloud background removal), the selected image is transmitted over a secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection to our processing servers.
- Ephemeral Processing: Photos sent to our cloud servers are processed in-memory in real-time and immediately returned to your device. We do not permanently store, archive, or sell your photos, nor do we perform facial recognition or biometric profiling.
- We use Google Play In-App Billing and RevenueCat to process subscriptions and one-time purchases.
- We do not receive or store your credit card or bank details. Google Play securely handles all financial transactions. We only receive purchase confirmation tokens and transaction IDs to unlock Pro features.
- We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in free versions of the App.
- AdMob and Google Play Services may collect and use:
- Device or other identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / AAID)
- Approximate location (network/IP-based)
- App interaction and diagnostic logs
- This data is used solely for serving relevant ads, fraud prevention, and analytics.
- All data transmitted between the App and our backend servers is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).
- Your photos and sensitive data are never transmitted in unencrypted plain text.
- Photos: Photos processed on our servers are deleted immediately upon completion of the processing request. Photos saved locally on your device remain under your control and can be deleted at any time from within the App or your device gallery.
- Account / Subscription Data: If you wish to delete any associated purchase or analytical records, you can contact us at any time.

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
