These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Ai Notes: Meeting Summary ("Ai Notes", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Ai Notes, you agree to these Terms. 1. About Ai Notes

Ai Notes is an AI-powered productivity and note-taking application that helps users capture, process, organize, summarize, and interact with information.

The App may support:

• Audio recordings

• Voice recordings

• YouTube URLs

• PDF documents

• Images

• Text

• AI-powered chat

The App may generate:

• Transcriptions

• Summaries

• Key points

• Insights

• Structured notes

• AI-generated responses

2. Eligibility

You may use Ai Notes if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If you use Ai Notes on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your Account

Certain features require an Ai Notes account. You may create and access your account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You agree not to use another person's account without authorization.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content that you submit to Ai Notes. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the service and provide the features you request. This may include the right to:

• Process your content

• Transcribe your content

• Analyze your content

• Generate summaries

• Generate insights

• Provide AI chat responses

• Store your content locally on your device

• Temporarily transmit content to required processing services

We do not claim ownership of your notes, recordings, documents, images, or other content that you provide.

5. Responsibility for Your Content

You are responsible for the content that you upload, record, submit, or process through Ai Notes. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content. For example, when recording a meeting or conversation involving other people, you are responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, consent, copyright, and other laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Ai Notes to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Violate another person's privacy

• Upload malicious software or harmful code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with the operation of Ai Notes

• Circumvent subscription restrictions or usage limits

• Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law

• Abuse or overload our infrastructure

• Use automated systems to abuse the service

• Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

7. AI-Generated Content

Ai Notes uses artificial intelligence to generate transcriptions, summaries, insights, and responses. AI-generated content may contain:

• Errors

• Inaccuracies

• Missing information

• Misinterpretations

• Outdated information

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it. Ai Notes does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. No Professional Advice

Ai Notes is a general-purpose productivity and note-taking application. The App does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. AI-generated information should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

9. Third-Party Content

Ai Notes may allow you to provide content or links from third-party services, including YouTube. We do not own or control third-party content. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party services whose content you use with Ai Notes.

10. Free and Pro Features

Ai Notes may provide both free and paid functionality. The free tier may include limitations on:

• Number of notes

• Number of AI chat messages

• Number of sources per note

• AI usage

• Other usage limits

The exact limits may be displayed in the application and may change as the service evolves.

11. Pro Subscription

Ai Notes currently offers an auto-renewable subscription called:

MonthlyPro

Duration: 1 month

Product ID: com.TaiNotesS.Tapps.monthly_pro

The Pro subscription provides access to additional functionality and higher usage limits compared with the free tier. The features and limits available through Pro are displayed in the application.

12. Subscription Billing

MonthlyPro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Apple manages subscription billing and payment processing. The price shown to you before purchase is the price applicable to your Apple Account storefront and may vary depending on your country, region, currency, taxes, and applicable Apple pricing.

13. Subscription Price

The current MonthlyPro price is displayed directly in the application before purchase. We do not specify a fixed global price in these Terms because Apple may display different localized prices depending on the user's App Store country or region. The full renewal price is presented during the purchase flow.

14. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If Ai Notes offers a free trial or promotional subscription offer, the applicable duration, eligibility requirements, and price after the trial or promotional period will be displayed in the application before purchase. Availability of introductory or promotional offers may depend on Apple's rules and the user's previous subscription history.

15. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your Ai Notes subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the Ai Notes application does not automatically cancel your subscription. Deleting your Ai Notes account also does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Apple subscription billing continues until the subscription is cancelled through Apple.

16. Refunds

Payments for Ai Notes subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures. Ai Notes does not directly process subscription payments.

17. Changes to Subscription Features

We may modify, improve, add, or remove features included in the Pro subscription. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

18. Intellectual Property

Ai Notes, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, trademarks, and other materials provided by us, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Copy the App

• Modify the App

• Distribute the App

• Sell or sublicense the App

• Reverse engineer the App

• Create derivative works based on the App

Your use of Ai Notes does not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.

19. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Ai Notes on Apple devices that you own or control. This license is provided for your personal or authorized use and is subject to Apple's applicable terms.

20. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Ai Notes available. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be:

• Available

• Uninterrupted

• Error-free

• Secure

• Free from technical failures

The service may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21. Account Termination

You may stop using Ai Notes at any time. You may delete your account through the account deletion functionality provided in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account:

• Violates these Terms

• Is used for illegal activity

• Attempts to abuse the service

• Creates a security risk

• Attempts to circumvent subscription restrictions

• Causes harm to the service or other users

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice before termination.

22. Account Deletion

You can delete your account through:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

When you delete your account, locally stored notes and user content are deleted from the application. Account information maintained by our backend will be deleted or scheduled for deletion, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate retention requirements. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Notes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• AI-generated results will always be accurate

• Transcriptions will always be error-free

• Summaries will contain every important detail

• The service will always be available

• The App will meet every particular requirement

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Notes and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

25. Third-Party Services

Ai Notes may rely on third-party services and technologies, including:

• Apple

• Sign in with Apple

• Apple In-App Purchase

• OpenAI

• Superwall

• Cloud and infrastructure providers

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. If required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of Ai Notes after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and us, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
