About Lovely Meals

What is AI Meal Planner: Lovely Meals?

Lovely Meals is a recipe, meal-planning, and grocery-organization app. You can browse recipes from world cuisines, build a personalized meal plan, review nutrition estimates, follow cooking instructions, and organize groceries and pantry inventory.

Do I need an account?

No. The current version does not require a Lovely Meals account.

Meal plans, grocery lists, and inventory information are primarily stored locally on your device.

How do I create a meal plan?

Open Meal Plan, then select your:

1. Goal

2. Recipe source

3. Preferred cuisines

4. Dietary preferences

5. Plan dates

6. Budget

7. Household routine and meal slots

Select Build my plan when finished.

Which plan lengths are available?

You can build plans for:

• 3 days

• 7 days

• 14 days

• 30 days

Can I edit an existing meal plan?

Yes. Open Meal Plan and tap the adjustment button near the title. Change your preferences and rebuild the plan.

After finishing, switching to another tab and returning to Meal Plan should display your saved plan—not reopen the editor.

Can a plan use recipes outside the built-in catalog?

Yes. Depending on the recipe-source option you select, Lovely Meals can:

• Use only existing Lovely Meals recipes

• Combine catalog recipes with newly generated recipes

• Create new recipes specifically for your plan

New recipes are intended to include ingredients, quantities, cookware, instructions, nutrition estimates, and grocery requirements.

Can I choose cuisines?

Yes. You can choose from the world cuisines available in the Kitchen section, select multiple cuisines, explore everything, or leave the selection broad for greater variety.

How does budget planning work?

Enter your total budget and currency during meal-plan setup. Lovely Meals estimates the cost of meals across the selected plan duration.

Prices are estimates and can vary significantly by country, store, season, brand, taxes, discounts, and portion size.

Why does my plan show that it is over budget?

The planner tries to respect your selected budget while also considering household size, meal count, dietary restrictions, cooking time, and variety.

A restrictive combination may make the target difficult to meet. Try:

• Increasing the budget

• Selecting Budget Smart

• Enabling pantry-first planning

• Choosing fewer daily meal slots

• Allowing more cuisines

• Updating your inventory

• Rebuilding the plan

Groceries and inventory

What is the difference between Grocery List and Inventory?

Grocery List shows ingredients needed for planned meals.

Inventory contains ingredients you already have. Inventory information can help Lovely Meals prioritize recipes that use existing groceries.

How do I add an ingredient to Inventory?

Open Groceries, select Inventory, and tap the add button. Choose an ingredient, quantity, and measurement unit, then tap Add to inventory.

You can also select a grocery item and add it directly from its detail sheet.

How do I remove an inventory item?

Open the Inventory section, locate the item, and use its removal control. The item will no longer be considered available for future plans.

Why is an ingredient missing from my grocery list?

This can happen if:

• The ingredient is already in Inventory

• A recipe was replaced after the grocery list was generated

• The plan has not been rebuilt after a preference change

• A generated recipe could not be completed

Update the plan or inventory and rebuild. If the problem remains, email the recipe name and a screenshot to argonpatel834@gmail.com.

Recipes and cooking

Are the recipes suitable for beginners?

Lovely Meals aims to provide organized ingredients, cookware, cooking times, and numbered instructions. Read the entire recipe before starting and confirm that every required ingredient and tool is available.

Are nutrition values exact?

No. Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, sodium, vitamins, and minerals are estimates per serving.

Actual values depend on brands, portions, substitutions, preparation methods, and ingredient measurements.

Are allergy recommendations guaranteed to be safe?

No. Allergy filtering and AI-generated suggestions cannot guarantee that a food is allergen-free.

Always:

• Read product labels

• Check sauces, spice blends, marinades, and garnishes

• Consider manufacturing cross-contact

• Confirm restaurant or supplier practices

• Consult a qualified clinician for serious allergies

Do not rely solely on Lovely Meals for allergy safety.

Are cooking times exact?

No. Cooking times are estimates. Appliances, cookware, ingredient size, starting temperature, and altitude can affect cooking.

Use appropriate food-safety guidance and verify doneness independently.

Why is a recipe ingredient or cookware item missing?

Please send the following to argonpatel834@gmail.com:

• Recipe name

• Country or cuisine

• Missing ingredient or tool

• Screenshot of the recipe

• App version and build number

This helps us identify the exact recipe quickly.

Recipe videos

How do recipe videos work?

The Video tab searches YouTube using the recipe name and cooking-related terms. Opening the card launches a recipe video, and you can continue browsing available YouTube videos.

Why is a video unavailable or unrelated?

YouTube search results can change based on availability, region, language, account settings, and ranking.

Lovely Meals does not host or control YouTube videos. Return to the recipe instructions if a suitable video is unavailable.

Does watching a video share information with YouTube?

Yes. Loading YouTube may share recipe-related search terms and technical information such as your IP address, device details, and interactions with Google or YouTube.

Privacy and data

Where is my information stored?

Saved plans, grocery lists, and inventory information are primarily stored locally on your device.

AI meal-plan requests are securely sent to external processing services when you use AI planning. See the Lovely Meals Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete all Lovely Meals data?

To remove all locally stored data:

1. Open iOS Settings or the Home Screen.

2. Select AI Meal Planner: Lovely Meals.

3. Choose Delete App.

4. Confirm deletion.

Do not choose Offload App, because offloading may preserve documents and App data.

Does Lovely Meals sell my information?

No. Lovely Meals does not sell personal information.

The current version does not include a third-party behavioral advertising or analytics SDK.

Does the App work offline?

Built-in recipes and previously saved local information may remain available offline.

An internet connection is required for:

• AI meal-plan generation or refinement

• Recipe videos

• Other features that load external content

Troubleshooting

The App is slow or a page is not scrolling smoothly. What should I do?

Try:

1. Close and reopen the App.

2. Confirm that iOS is up to date.

3. Check available device storage.

4. Restart the device.

5. Install the latest Lovely Meals update.

If the problem continues, email the affected page, recipe name, device model, iOS version, and a screen recording to argonpatel834@gmail.com.

AI meal planning is unavailable. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again.

If the service is temporarily unavailable, Lovely Meals may display a locally generated smart draft. You can retry AI refinement later.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
