AI Meal Planner: Lovely Meals

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Meal Planner: Lovely Meals (“Lovely Meals,” “we,” “our,” or “the App”) handles information when you use the App.

Lovely Meals helps users explore recipes, create meal plans, organize grocery lists, track pantry inventory, view cooking instructions, and access recipe videos.

By using Lovely Meals, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information handled by the App

Information stored on your device

Lovely Meals may store the following information locally on your device:

• Saved meal plans

• Selected plan dates and duration

• Household size

• Meal goals and cuisine preferences

• Meal slots and cooking-time preferences

• Budget and selected currency

• Dietary notes and allergy information you voluntarily enter

• Grocery-list items

• Pantry and inventory items, quantities, units, and update dates

• Generated recipe information

• Leftover and pantry-first preferences

This information is used to provide the App’s features. Lovely Meals does not currently provide user accounts or its own cross-device cloud synchronization.

AI meal-planning information

When you request an AI-generated or AI-refined meal plan, the App may transmit information needed to produce the plan, including:

• Meal-plan duration and dates

• Household size

• Budget and currency

• Meal goals and selected cuisines

• Meal slots and maximum cooking time

• Pantry and inventory item names

• Dietary preferences and allergy notes

• Leftover preferences

• A limited selection of recipe information from the App

You should not enter information that you do not want processed by an AI service. Avoid entering names, addresses, payment information, medical records, or other unrelated personal details in dietary or allergy fields.

AI requests are routed through a secure Cloudflare service and then processed through OpenRouter and an available AI model provider. The App does not contain the AI provider’s private API key.

Our meal-planning proxy is designed not to maintain a user account or persist meal-plan request content in an application database. Service providers may process technical metadata or limited security information according to their policies.

Recipe videos and YouTube

The Recipe Videos feature opens YouTube content using a recipe-related search. Search terms may include the recipe name, cuisine, or cooking-related words.

When YouTube content loads, Google or YouTube may receive information such as:

• Your IP address

• Device and browser information

• Recipe-related search terms

• Video views and interactions

• Cookies or account information if you are signed into Google or YouTube

YouTube’s handling of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may receive:

• Your email address

• Your name, if included

• The content of your message

• Screenshots or diagnostic details you voluntarily provide

We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate problems, protect the App, and improve the user experience.

3. Information we do not currently request

The current version of Lovely Meals does not request access to:

• Precise device location

• Contacts

• Photos or camera

• Microphone

• Apple Health

• Motion or fitness information

Lovely Meals does not require an account to browse recipes or use its core organization features.

4. How information is used

Information is used to:

• Create and display meal plans

• Personalize meal suggestions

• Respect selected cuisines, budgets, dietary notes, and allergies

• Organize groceries and pantry inventory

• Generate complete recipe suggestions

• Display relevant recipe videos

• Maintain security and prevent misuse

• Diagnose technical problems

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with legal obligations

AI-generated results are recommendations only and do not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about users.

5. Advertising, tracking, and sale of information

Lovely Meals does not currently include a third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.

We do not sell personal information or use App information to track you across unrelated apps and websites.

YouTube may independently display content or advertising and process activity under Google’s policies.

6. How information is shared

We may share information only when necessary with:

• Cloudflare, to securely route meal-planning requests

• OpenRouter and AI model providers, to generate requested meal plans

• Google and YouTube, when you use recipe-video features

• Technical service providers, when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the App

• Government authorities or other parties, when required by law or necessary to protect users, the App, or others

We may also transfer information if the App or its business is reorganized, acquired, or sold, subject to applicable law.

7. Data retention

On-device information

Meal plans, grocery lists, and inventory information remain on your device until you replace or remove them, clear the App’s data, or delete the App.

Selecting Offload App in iOS may preserve App data. To remove locally stored Lovely Meals data completely, use Delete App rather than Offload App.

AI request information

Lovely Meals does not maintain a user account or an application database of AI meal-plan requests. Cloudflare, OpenRouter, and model providers may retain limited information according to their security, operational, and privacy practices.

Support information

Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the processing of your personal information.

Because most Lovely Meals information is stored only on your device, we normally cannot access or delete it remotely.

You can:

• Remove individual pantry items from the Inventory section

• Replace or edit your meal plan

• Avoid entering optional dietary or allergy notes

• Avoid opening recipe videos

• Delete the App to remove its locally stored data

For privacy requests, email argonpatel834@gmail.com. We may need enough information to understand and respond to your request, but we will not ask for unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Security

Lovely Meals uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS connections and server-side storage of AI credentials.

No electronic storage or transmission system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International processing

Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Google, YouTube, and AI model providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between countries.

By using network-enabled features, you understand that information may be processed internationally as necessary to provide those features.

11. Children’s privacy

Lovely Meals is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age required in a user’s country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App or a support request, contact argonpatel834@gmail.com.

12. Nutrition, allergy, and health information

Nutrition values, grocery prices, cooking times, meal suggestions, and AI-generated content are estimates.

Lovely Meals is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or dietary treatment advice. Users should independently verify ingredients, labels, allergens, cross-contact risks, food safety, and dietary suitability.

Consult a qualified professional regarding medical conditions, serious allergies, pregnancy, eating disorders, or specialized nutritional needs.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change.

The revised policy will display an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its App Store listing when appropriate.
