By downloading, installing, or using AI Interior Design ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
AI Interior Design is an AI-powered interior design assistant that helps users visualize room transformations by allowing them to:
Capture or upload a photo of any room
Select from various design styles (Modern, Bohemian, Minimalist, etc.)
Choose color palettes for customization
Receive AI-generated room transformations
Save and share generated designs
Access design history in "My Designs"
The App uses third-party AI services and image-processing technologies ("AI Engines") to process user inputs. Availability and quality depend on these providers and may vary. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Some features may require association with persistent device identifiers for tracking credits and subscription status. You are responsible for:
Maintaining security of your device
All activities occurring under your device
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if abuse, compromise, or violations are suspected.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use the Service to:
Generate, upload, or share illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violent content
Upload images containing illegal, explicit, or harmful content
Process images you do not have rights to use
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract datasets, training data, or model weights
Bypass usage limits, paywalls, or access controls
Resell outputs as a standalone paid design service or bulk dataset
Use the App for commercial interior design services without proper licensing
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You retain rights to the original room photos you provide. JanoGroup LLC ("we," "us") and our licensors retain all rights to the App, software, interfaces, AI Engines, designs, trademarks, and all other materials not provided by you.
Free-tier use (1 free credit) grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, publish, monetize, or incorporate outputs into commercial products.
Active paid plans grant a non-exclusive personal license to use generated designs for:
Personal home planning and visualization
Sharing with contractors or designers for personal projects
Non-commercial presentations (attribution recommended)
Social media sharing for personal use
Not permitted:
Commercial resale of generated designs
Creating design services or paid offerings from outputs
Automated scraping or bulk export
Using outputs for commercial interior design business without proper licensing
AI output may include errors, unrealistic elements, or designs that are not feasible to implement. We make no warranties of accuracy, feasibility, or originality. Always consult with professional interior designers or contractors before making physical changes to your space.
Third-party AI services (including Replicate and FLUX ControlNet) power portions of the App. We are not liable for intellectual-property claims arising from their data, training methods, or outputs.

Credit Usage: Each transformation consumes 1 credit.
Credit Replenishment: When credits are depleted, you may purchase additional credits via subscription or in-app purchases.
No Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over.
Trial Terms: The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before expiration.
Refunds: Payments are handled by the App Store; all charges are final except where required by law.
We may adjust pricing or credit amounts to reflect service costs. Prices shown in-app or store listings prevail.
Generated designs are machine-generated and may:
Not preserve room proportions or layout
Include incorrect or impossible design elements
Vary based on input image quality
Fail on unusual or complex rooms
Do not rely on outputs for:
Structural modifications
Renovation estimates
Building code compliance
Safety-related decisions
Always consult qualified professionals before implementing changes.
Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it's processed, and your choices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANOGROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
IN NO EVENT WILL JANOGROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the App or generated outputs
Content you submit
Violations of law or these Terms
Implementation of designs without professional consultation
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, held in Washington, DC or virtually, in English.
No class actions — claims must be brought individually.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing janogroupllc@gmail.com with subject line: "Arbitration Opt-Out". Opt-outs submit to courts in Washington, DC.
You may cancel subscriptions at any time via App Store settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse. Upon termination, rights to use the App cease, though saved outputs remain subject to license restrictions. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated in-app or via release notes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. We may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition, or sale. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
