Welcome to AI Interior Design, a mobile application developed by JanoGroup LLC that helps users transform and redesign their rooms using AI-powered image processing via the Replicate API ("Model Provider").
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and what choices you have. By downloading or using AI Interior Design, you agree to the practices described below.
No Account Required: You can use AI Interior Design without creating an account or signing in.
No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, or exact location.
Support Communications: If you contact us (e.g., by email), we receive your contact details and message only to respond and provide support.
Photo Inputs: When you take or upload a photo of your room for redesign, the image is processed by Replicate's API to generate transformed interior designs. We do not permanently store or view your images on our servers.
Design Preferences: The style selections, color palettes, and room types you choose are sent to the AI service for processing.
Local App Data: Basic settings (such as theme preferences), generated designs, and credit balances are stored locally on your device to improve user experience. This data stays on your device unless you manually export or share it.
Sharing and Exports: If you share or export your transformed designs (e.g., save to gallery or share via other apps), those actions are handled by your device’s share features and governed by the other apps’ policies.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase data according to their own privacy policy. We receive subscription status information to manage your access and credits.
App Store: Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information according to their privacy policy.
No Built-In Analytics: AI Interior Design does not include in-app analytics or telemetry.
Platform Diagnostics: Apple may collect crash logs or technical diagnostics according to their own privacy policies and your device settings.
Future Updates: If optional analytics or diagnostics are added in the future, we will provide clear disclosure and request consent where required.
We use information only as necessary to:
Process and display AI-generated interior design transformations.
Manage your subscription status and credit balance.
Respond to support requests.
Maintain app functionality, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Model Provider (Replicate): AI Interior Design sends your room photos to Replicate's API for AI processing. Replicate acts as an independent data processor and may receive metadata (e.g., IP address) as part of standard network operations.
RevenueCat: Manages subscription and purchase verification. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for details.
Platform Services: Apple may process limited technical data (e.g., crash reports, push notifications) under their respective privacy policies.
External Apps and Links: If you share content or open external links, those actions are governed by the policies of the corresponding third-party apps or sites.
Local Storage Only: App data such as preferences, generated designs, and credit balances remain on your device.
No JanoGroup Servers: We do not store or retain your room photos or generated designs on our own servers.
Replicate Retention: Replicate may temporarily retain API request data for abuse prevention and troubleshooting as outlined in its own Privacy Policy.
Your Controls: You can clear your app data, delete saved designs, or uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored information.
We rely on your device’s secure operating system environment and HTTPS/TLS encryption for network requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we encourage users to keep their devices locked and protected.
AI Interior Design is intended for general audiences and is not directed toward children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Permissions: You can manage device permissions (e.g., camera, photo library, notifications) at any time through your system settings.
Data Deletion: Clear app history, delete saved designs, or uninstall the app to remove all saved data.

Your data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our providers (e.g., Replicate, RevenueCat, Apple) operate. These locations may have privacy laws that differ from your home country.
No Professional Advice: AI-generated interior designs are automatically generated and may not reflect actual design feasibility, building codes, or professional standards. They are provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only—not as professional interior design, architectural, or construction advice.
High-Risk Use Prohibited: Do not rely on the app for structural modifications or changes that require professional assessment.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying that any design changes you implement comply with applicable laws, building codes, and professional standards.
As-Is Basis: The app and its outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JanoGroup LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data or profits.
Indemnity: You agree to defend and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC and its personnel from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the app or reliance on outputs.
Legal Exceptions: Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant updates will be communicated through the app or by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of AI Interior Design after updates means you accept the revised terms.
