These Terms of Use apply to the AI Headshot app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by AI Headshot Inc. (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.

Acceptance of Terms

• Downloading or using the Application means you automatically agree to the terms.
  
  

• It is strongly recommended to read and understand the terms before using the Application.
  
  

• Unauthorized actions are strictly prohibited, including:
  
  

  • Copying or modifying the Application or any part of it.
    
    

  • Modifying or using the Service Provider's trademarks without permission.
    
    

  • Extracting the source code, translating the Application, or creating derivative versions.

The Application enables users to generate professional headshots using AI technology.

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application beneficial and efficient.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

• Modify the Application.

• Charge for services at any time and for any reason.

Any charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance.

User Responsibilities

• The Application processes personal data provided by the user to deliver the Service.
  
  

• Users must maintain the security of their phones and access to the Application.
  
  

• The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting the phone, as it:
  
  

  • Removes software restrictions and security measures.
    
    

  • Increases vulnerability to malware, viruses, and malicious programs.
    
    

  • May compromise the security features of the device.
    
    

  • Could cause the Application to malfunction or stop working entirely.
    
    

Third-Party Services

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

Data Usage and Charges

• If using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms apply.
  
  

• You may incur charges for:
  
  

  • Data usage while connected to the Application.
    
    

  • Other third-party charges.
    
    

  • Roaming charges if used outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming.
    
    

• By using the Application, you accept responsibility for all such charges.
