AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sharing, or using it.
The App should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
You may submit prompts, text, images, audio, documents, or other materials to the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and process such content.
You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process your requests and provide the App’s functionality.
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, confidential without authorization, or harmful to others.
The App may use third-party AI models, APIs, cloud services, or other technology providers to deliver certain features.
These may include providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, or other technology providers depending on the feature being used.
The App is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with these companies unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks, product names, company names, and model names belong to their respective owners.
The App may offer paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by country or region.
Payment is processed through Apple and charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
Apple’s applicable payment, refund, and subscription policies also apply.
If the App offers a free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, or similar benefit, eligibility and duration may be determined by Apple or the App Store.
Unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, a trial or promotional subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Features, supported AI models, usage limits, tools, and availability may change over time.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, business, or third-party service reasons.
Certain features may require an active Pro plan.
The App, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App without permission.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and model names remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated responses will always be accurate
Every feature or AI model will always remain available
Generated content will be suitable for every purpose
The App will meet every user requirement
You use AI-generated information at your own discretion and responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, interruption of service, loss of data, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary if a user:
Violates these Terms
Abuses the App or its services
Engages in unlawful or harmful activity
Attempts to compromise security or infrastructure
You may stop using the App at any time.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you download the App through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except where required by law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions relating to the App Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, subscriptions, features, or third-party services.
The updated Terms will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
