This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and the developer of this application (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
This license is for personal or internal business use only unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App except as permitted by law
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App to violate applicable laws or third-party rights
Attempt to bypass subscription, payment, security, or usage restrictions
Use automated systems to overload, abuse, or interfere with the App or its services
The App may provide AI-powered chatbot, writing, image, search, summarization, conversion, and productivity features.
AI-generated responses and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating AI-generated content before relying on or using it.
The App does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
You may submit text, prompts, images, audio, documents, or other content to the App.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit and process such content.
You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process the content solely to provide the requested functionality.
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content.
The App may use third-party AI models, APIs, cloud services, or technology providers.
These may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, or other providers depending on the functionality available in the App.
The App is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with those companies unless expressly stated.
All third-party trademarks, company names, product names, and model names remain the property of their respective owners.
The App may offer:

Monthly Pro
Yearly Pro
Lifetime Pro
Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by country or region.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
Refunds and payment disputes are subject to Apple’s applicable policies.
The App may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional pricing, or other benefits.
Eligibility, pricing, and duration may be controlled by Apple.
Unless canceled before renewal, a trial may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
The App, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, new features, or other modifications.
Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
Features, supported AI models, usage limits, or third-party integrations may change over time.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared when you use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or error-free
AI responses will always be accurate or reliable
Every feature or AI model will remain available
The App will meet all individual requirements
Third-party services will operate without interruption
You use the App and AI-generated content at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the App
Reliance on AI-generated content
Service interruptions
Loss of data
Third-party services
Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you materially violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete any copies in your possession where applicable.
If the App is obtained through the Apple App Store:
This EULA is between you and the developer, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App, except as required by applicable law.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where required by its policies.
Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims, except where required by law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce applicable provisions upon your acceptance.
You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
This EULA is governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect legal, technical, product, or service changes.
The updated version will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
