Camera-Ready Submission Instructions Available

Authors of accepted AI-AXESS papers are invited to prepare and submit their camera-ready versions. Please ensure that your final paper follows the official IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings and incorporates the reviewers’ comments.

The camera-ready submission deadline is December 15, 2025 (AoE). Camera-ready papers must be submitted via the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) to ensure inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Submission Phase Closed – Review Process Begins

The submission phase for the AI-AXESS Workshop is now closed.
We would like to thank all authors for their contributions and the interest they have shown in this year’s workshop.

We have now entered the review phase. Notification of decisions will be sent to authors on December 5th.
