… and how to submit
To submit your camera-ready paper:
The camera-ready version of all accepted AI-AXESS papers must be submitted via the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS).
Please ensure that your final paper follows the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings and incorporates the reviewers’ comments.
The deadline for submitting your camera-ready paper is December 15, 2025, AoE. Timely submission is required to ensure inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
For more information and detailed author guidelines, please visit the conference website: https://aivr.science.uu.nl/2026/aixvr2026_authors.html
To submit your contribution:
All papers must be submitted online via the main conference EasyChair link below.
Click on "make a new submission" to start the submission process.
Choose the "AI-AXESS Workshop" as the designated track for your submission.
Complete all required submission fields (title, abstract, authors, etc.) and upload your PDF.
Submissions must be anonymous and prepared in the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings format. Also consider the IEEE policies for publications (i.e., you must own copyright to all parts and the manuscript must be original work and not currently under review elsewhere).
All papers should be submitted via the EasyChair Conference System.
All submitted papers will go through a two-stage review process to guarantee the publication of high-quality papers. Workshop proceedings will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted for publication by IEEE Computer Society Press and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. We welcome submissions of 2 to 8 pages, including references, in the following categories:
Research papers
Technical notes
Position papers
Work-in-progress research including student projects
At least one author per accepted contribution must register for the IEEE AIxVR conference and will be expected to give an in-person talk at the workshop.
