Contribute

Submissions must be anonymous and prepared in double-column IEEE Computer Society VGTC conference format, following the official IEEE Manuscript Formatting guidelines. All papers should be submitted via the EasyChair Conference System.

The EasyChair submission link and detailed instructions for selecting the correct workshop track will be posted here as soon as they become available.

All submitted papers will go through a two-stage review process to guarantee the publication of high-quality papers. Workshop proceedings will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted for publication by IEEE Computer Society Press and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. We welcome submissions of 2 to 8 pages, including references, in the following categories:

• Research papers

• Technical notes

• Position papers

• Work-in-progress research including student projects

At least one author per accepted contribution must register for the IEEE AIxVR conference and will be expected to give an in-person talk at the workshop.
