These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI Art Generator: Artronix mobile application ("App"), developed and offered by Nidhi Tank ("we," "us," or the "Service Provider") under a freemium model.
By downloading or using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read through them carefully before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, belongs to the Service Provider. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit authorization. Any unauthorized use of our branding or attempt to extract the underlying source code is strictly forbidden.
App Modifications and Pricing
We are committed to continuously improving the App's performance and value. To that end, we reserve the right to alter features or introduce charges for certain services at our discretion. Should any fees apply, we will make sure you're informed beforehand.
Data and Device Security
The App collects and processes personal information you provide to us so that we can deliver our services effectively. Keeping your device and account secure is your responsibility. We strongly recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so removes built-in protections and can leave your phone vulnerable to malware, security breaches, or operational failures within the App.

Connectivity and Data Usage
Certain App features depend on an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not liable if the App underperforms due to poor connectivity or insufficient data allowance on your end.
If you use the App away from a Wi-Fi network, your mobile carrier's standard terms and charges will apply — this includes potential roaming fees if used internationally without disabling data roaming. You are responsible for any such costs. If you're not the account holder for the device, it's assumed you have their consent to use the App.
Device Maintenance
You're responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient power and functionality to use the App. We cannot be held accountable if you're unable to access our services due to something like a depleted battery.
Accuracy and Reliability
While we aim to keep the App accurate and up to date, we often depend on third parties for the information presented within it. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on data or features that depend on these external sources.

Termination

(a) Any rights or licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately end.
(b) You must stop using the App and, where applicable, remove it from your device.
