This Privacy Policy describes how Nidhi Tank ("we," "us," or the "Service Provider") handles information in connection with the AI Art Generator: Artronix mobile application ("App"), offered as a freemium service on an "AS IS" basis.
When you download and use the App, certain information is automatically gathered, which may include:
Your device's IP address
The sections of the App you visit, along with the date, time, and duration of each visit
Overall time spent within the App
The operating system running on your device
We do not collect precise GPS or location data from your device.
From time to time, we may use the information collected to reach out to you with important updates, required notices, or promotional content.
To enhance your experience, we may ask you to share certain personal details. Currently, the App does not require any personally identifiable information beyond what's listed above. Any information you do choose to provide will be stored and used in accordance with this policy.
When you use Artronix to generate or edit images, you may choose to upload a photo, which in some cases may contain a human face. We collect this photo only because you actively choose to upload it for the purpose of creating your requested image generation or edit.
What face data we collect: We do not perform facial recognition, facial landmark detection, face matching, or extract any biometric identifiers from your photos. We do not create or store a "faceprint" or any biometric template. The photo is treated only as image data — the same as any other picture — and is used solely to generate the visual output you requested.
How we use it: Your uploaded photo is transmitted securely to our third-party AI image processing partner, Fal.ai, solely to generate the image or edit you requested. We do not use uploaded photos for advertising, user profiling, biometric identification, or to train AI models.
Third-party sharing and storage: Your photo is sent securely to Fal.ai for the sole purpose of processing your request. Fal.ai does not retain your photo after processing is complete; the photo is automatically deleted within minutes of generating your result. We do not store a copy of your uploaded photo on our own servers beyond what is needed to display your result to you in the App.
Retention period: Uploaded photos are deleted within minutes of completing your requested generation or edit. We do not keep a permanent copy of your original uploaded photo.
Your choice: Uploading a photo is entirely optional and only required if you choose to use the photo-editing feature. You may use Artronix's text-to-image features without ever uploading a photo.
We may periodically share aggregated, anonymized data with external services to help us improve the App's functionality and performance. Beyond this, your information may be shared with third parties only as outlined below.
The App relies on certain third-party tools, each with its own privacy practices:
Fal.ai — used to process and generate images/edits from photos you choose to upload
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
We may disclose information you've provided, or that was automatically collected, under the following circumstances:
When legally required to do so (e.g., in response to a subpoena or court order)
When we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate potential fraud, or respond to a government inquiry
With trusted partners who assist in operating our services, provided they don't use the data independently and agree to honor the terms of this policy
If you'd prefer that we stop collecting your information altogether, simply uninstall the App using your device's standard removal process or through your app marketplace.
We retain any information you provide for as long as you continue using the App, and for a reasonable period afterward. Uploaded photos are an exception — as described above in "Photos and Face Data," these are deleted within minutes of processing and are not retained. If you'd like any of your other data deleted, reach out to us and we'll process your request promptly.
This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from this age group. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it from our records immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have shared personal information with us should contact us right away so we can take appropriate action.
We take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural precautions to safeguard the data we collect and maintain.
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
