I have actively contributed to significant policy reforms, focusing on improving property tax systems and police station culture. My efforts involved creating practical tools for bureaucrats and leading initiatives for sustainable police practices. My work emphasizes enhancing governance and promoting social equity through comprehensive policy improvements.

Member property tax reforms committee (August 2022-September 2023)
- As a research team member, I actively worked with researchers and provincial bureaucracy to undertake reforms to improve property tax policy.
- Created manuals and workflow for field-level bureaucrats to gather data and prepare valuation tables for the 2023-2024 property tax cycle
Member police reforms committee (Dec 2021-April 2022)
- Invited by law minister to lead police reforms aimed at improving police station culture and financial sustainability of the police force
