Ahmad Zahedi Langroudi is an Iranian poet, writer, journalist, documentary filmmaker, and independent researcher whose work bridges literature, documentary cinema, and cultural journalism.

For more than two decades, he has explored social realities, memory, history, and human experience through poetry, fiction, documentary films, and critical writing. His publications include books of poetry, a novel, and works on cinema and film studies. Alongside his literary career, he has written extensively as a journalist and film critic for newspapers and cultural magazines, while directing and producing documentary films focused on social, cultural, and historical subjects.

Beyond writing and filmmaking, he has curated photography exhibitions, taught filmmaking, journalism, and film criticism, and served as a jury member at cultural and film events. His work reflects a long-standing commitment to independent artistic practice, documentary storytelling, and freedom of expression.

He is a member of the Iranian Writers Association (IWA), (represented internationally through PEN International), and the Iranian Independent Filmmakers Association (IIFMA).
