The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the App is subject to your prior acceptance of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Apple Standard EULA, which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In addition to the Apple Standard EULA, the following custom terms apply to your use of Padel Score:
The App offers auto-renewing "Pro" subscriptions (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, Yearly) and a one-time "Lifetime" purchase to unlock premium features.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellations: If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to display metrics such as heart rate and active energy burned during a padel match.
The App and its developers are not medical professionals.
The data provided by the App is for informational and recreational tracking purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or if you have concerns regarding your health.
Padel Score is designed with a privacy-first architecture. Your match history and preferences are stored locally on your device (and securely synced via your personal iCloud, if enabled).
Ahmad Hassan does not have access to your data and does not store it on external servers.
We are not responsible for the loss of any match records or data due to device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates. We highly recommend keeping your device backed up via iCloud.
The App, including its original design, graphics, UI/UX, and source code, are owned by Ahmad Hassan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ahmad Hassan be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
