Because privacy is a core value of our application, we have designed the App so that your personal data, match history, and health metrics remain in your control, stored locally on your device.
A. Locally Stored App Data When you use the App, you may input player names, match formats, and scoring data. This information is saved directly to your device's local storage (via Apple's SwiftData framework). We do not transmit, store, or process this data on any external servers. You own this data, and it remains on your device unless you choose to delete it or reset the App.
B. Apple HealthKit Data The App integrates with Apple's HealthKit framework to provide enhanced workout tracking features (such as active calories burned and heart rate) when using the Apple Watch companion app.
Consent: We will only access your HealthKit data if you explicitly grant us permission via the iOS Health app permissions prompt.
Usage: We use HealthKit data solely to calculate your workout metrics during an active match and display them in your match summary.
No External Storage or Sharing: We do not transmit your HealthKit data to any external servers, nor do we use it for marketing, advertising, or any other unauthorized purpose. We do not sell your HealthKit data to third parties.
C. Subscription and Payment Data The App offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions. All payment processing is securely handled entirely by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit). We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or exact financial details. We only receive an anonymous digital receipt from Apple to verify your "Premium" status and unlock features within the App.
We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) or third-party advertising SDKs inside the App. The only third-party service the App communicates with is Apple (for iCloud syncing, App Store purchases, and anonymous crash reporting, depending on your device settings).
The security of your personal information is important to us. Because your match data and health data are stored locally on your device (and securely synced via your personal iCloud account, if enabled), it is protected by Apple's iOS security and encryption protocols. We do not maintain external databases that could be subject to a data breach.
Our App does not purposefully target or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
