Alexandra M. Harris-Watson, Ph.D.
Dr. Harris-Watson is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Purdue University in the industrial/organizational area. Her work has been published in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Computers in Human Behavior, and Academy of Management Discoveries.
Prior to joining the psychology faculty at Purdue University, Dr. Harris-Watson was a faculty member at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She earned her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, where her work was funded by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF GRFP). She earned her B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.
Jeffrey Masser, B.A.
Jeffrey is a Ph.D. student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Purdue University. Prior to entering Purdue's program, Jeffrey completed one year of the I/O Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Oklahoma. Jeffrey earned his B.A. in psychology with a minor in business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His research interests include personality, teams, and selection. Â
Changyoon Byun, MPS
Changyoon is a Ph.D. student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Purdue University. Prior to joining Purdue's program, Changyoon earned his MPS in I/O psychology at the University of Maryland College Park, and his B.A. in psychology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. His research interests include teams, leadership, and individual differences.
