Counselor, MA, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I'm driven to work with individuals who come from hard places or who have experienced things no one ever should. These experiences fundamentally change who we are and I've become devoted to learning as much as I can to provide the best possible support using a variety of techniques. I've become certified in Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapies. I've had the privilege of studying in-person under some of the most influential researchers in the field of trauma, such as Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, and Dr. Bessel Van der Kolk. I will continue on this quest for knowledge.
The combination of my studies and life experience leave me a seasoned and "familiar" clinician. Clients often say they feel comfortable and at ease with me very quickly. I'm dynamic in my approach and strive to help clients meet goals and see growth, but warm and relaxed. I truly believe laughter is the best medicine - we WILL laugh while you heal!
It would be my pleasure to talk with you about your journey and see if you feel if I'm a good match for you. I'm happy to work with couples or grouples, as well who bring difficult relationship dynamics or attachment trauma into current partnerships and want to work through those obstacles. Please feel free to call or email any time. I'll respond!

I am always striving to ensure my practice is inclusive, safe, and accepting. Who you are is a collection of magnificent identities and all of them affect your life, so I want to get to know how these things affect you, your mental health, your relationships, and how you experience the world around you. This is a place to lay it all out there, learn something new about yourself, or get more in touch with who you've always been.
