SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
INFOMAGICA INIATIATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Company”), an entity incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 owns and operates a web portal AGROVERSE.IN (the “Platform”) to promote the retail sale of services, Pesticides, fertilizers, seeds and other related (the “Products”). This Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) explains the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of the Products.
For the purpose of this Policy, the use of terms like “we”, “us” and “ours” refers to the Company and the terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refers to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) who has purchased the Products from the Platform.
ORDERING
1. All orders shall be placed through the mobile application and portal under the name “AGROVERSE.IN”.
2. If you purchase multiple products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address provided by you. However, if you wish to ship the products to different addresses, then you are requested to book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
3. For placing an order, the minimum cart value should be INR 200. The order shall not be placed on the Platform if the cart value is below INR 200.
4. The acceptable modes of payment are COD or PAYMENT GATEWAY incorporated in mobile app.
5. There is delivery fee will be subject to charge according to delivery address and it will be settled while checkout of each & every order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6. Our shipping services are provided from 7:00 to 9:00pm.[LM1] Any order received by us beyond 3 pm shall be processed the next day.
7. The Shipping services are provided by the delivery agents hired by the Company.
8. We shall verify your shipping address pin code for the purpose of checking if the area is serviceable by us. Such verification shall be undertaken before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event your pin-code order is unserviceable, we request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address where we can deliver your products.
9. On receiving your order, we shall notify the expected delivery time to you; however please note that all orders take up to 72 hours to get delivered.
