INFOMAGICA INITIATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Company”), an entity incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 owns and operates a web portal AGROVERSE (the “Platform”). The Company is engaged in aggregation of retail sale of Services, Agri Inputs, Seeds and other related products (the “Products”). This Cancellation and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) explains the terms and conditions for the cancellation of orders and related refunds.

For the purpose of this Policy, the use of terms like “we”, “us” and “ours” refers to the Company and the terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refers to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) who has purchased the Products from the Platform.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
1. You can cancel the order only when the status of your order is “Processing/yet to be confirmed”. Once the status is changed to “In - Transit”, cancellations shall not be allowed. Cancellation Fee may be levied, as per the sole discretion of the Company.
2. For order cancellation or update; place request on our mobile application/web portal or call our customer care at 8639322378.
3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed by you, with or without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met (i.e. lack of delivery agents/ unavailability of the product, etc.). We shall ensure that the applicable refunds are processed within a period of 7 days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. In the unlikely event, if any product received by you is not in a good condition, is damaged, defective, expired or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it or deny to receive the product, in its original packaging along with original tags (if any), for an exchange within 48 hours from its receipt.
2. Products damaged/expired after delivery shall not qualify for replacement or refund.

4. The refunds shall be processed by the same mode in which the payments were received.
5. In case of payment failure where money has been deducted from your bank account or debit/credit card, our payment gateway partner would process the refund automatically and you will get the complete refund back to your account/card within 5-7 working days.
