オーガナイズドセッションの募集について

Call for Proposal on Organized Session of JCEEA2023

　今年度の合同大会では，講演質疑応答合わせて15分／課題の日本語一般セッション（General Session, GS），英語国際セッション（International Session, IS）に加えて，オーガナイザーが自由に発表時間枠やテーマを決めることができるオーガナイズドセッション（Organized Session, OS）も設定します．OSは申込数とオーガナイザーの要望に応じて講演時間枠を設定いたします．

　オーガナイザーは学会の部会，個人，学生有志など，どのような形態でも結構です．発表者決定後，各OSの運営は，オーガナイザーに一任します．決められた時間枠内であれば，どの様なスタイルをとって開催いただいても結構です．各学会でのホットな話題や学会の垣根を超えた幅広い討論，テーマを絞った深掘りの討論などにご活用ください．ご参考として昨年度の農業食料工学会年次大会で企画されたOSの一覧へのリンクを記します．

をご連絡ください．申し込みいただいたセッションはプログラム委員会で確認ののち，予告を兼ねてできるだけ早く大会webページに記載させていただきます．詳細については申し込みいただいた後，オーガナイザー宛てに連絡します．

 

募集締切：2023年5月22日（月）（大会までの準備スケジュールを逆算した日程ですので延長はありません）

The joint conference provides an Organized Session (OS) that can determine the presentation time frame and theme by organizers, in addition to the Japanese General Session (GS) and English International Session (IS) of 15 minutes each, including discussion time. The organizer can be in any form, such as a section of an academic society, an individual, or a student volunteer. After the presenters have been fixed, the management of each session will be entrusted to the organizer. We encourage using the OS for hot topics at academic societies, wide-ranging discussions that transcend the boundaries of academic societies, and in-depth discussions on specific themes. For your reference, a list of the Organized Session at the Annual Conference of JSAM last year is below.

To apply for an organized session, please e-mail the program committee with the information below.

・Session title

・Organizer's name(s)

・Contact e-mail address

・Session summary (approximately 50 words)

 

We will post your proposal on the conference website as soon as the session title is confirmed. After the Program Committee approves the proposal, details will be sent to the organizer.
