1 受付について
受付は9月4日（月）のみ10時半から筑波大学春日キャンパスで，9月5日(火) 8時30分からは，つくば国際会議場の4階で行います．
受付では，マップやプログラムを記載したリーフレットを配布します．また，つくば市内で宿泊の宿泊の有無，および，つくば市内に宿泊された場合は宿泊先名をお伺いします（※）．荷物を入れる手提げ袋などの配布はありません．
講演要旨集は，こちらからダウンロードしてください．アクセスには受付で配布するリーフレットに記載されたパスワードが必要です．
事前申し込みされた方の分の名札は，受付カウンターに並べています．ご自身の名札をとってください．事前申し込みをされていない方は，その場でオンラインで支払いをしてください．
服装はクールビズでお越しください（参考：つくば市の天気）
※本学会は（一社）つくば観光コンベンション協会，および，つくば市のご支援を受けて実施されております．補助金の申請にあたり，つくば市内で宿泊された人数，および，宿泊先の情報が必要になります．ご協力をお願いいたします．
２ 口頭発表について
口頭発表のためのPCは各自で用意してください
プロジェクターの比率は16:9，端子はHDMI端子です．MacBook等，USB端子しかないPCをお持ちの方は，必ず変換アダプタをご持参ください．
HDMIケーブルを介して会場内に音声を出力することは可能です．
会場内にはワイヤ付マイク1台，ワイヤレスマイク1台を準備しています．
３ ポスター発表について
ポスター貼り付け用の画鋲は会場で準備しています．
掲載時間を過ぎましたら，ポスターは速やかに撤収してください．
４ 昼食について
会期中の昼食については，グルメマップをご覧ください．会場（つくば国際会議場４階）での飲食も可能です．
５ 駐車場について
車までお越しの方の駐車場はこちらのリンクを参照してください．
受付で一日駐車券を1,100円で販売します．
１ Registration
Registration will be held at the University of Tsukuba Kasuga Campus from 10:30 on September 4 (Mon.) only, and at the Tsukuba International Congress Centre from 8:30 on September 5 (Tue.) - 8 (Fri.) on the 4th floor.
Leaflets with a map and program will be distributed at the registration desk. You will also be asked whether or not you will be staying overnight in Tsukuba City, and if so, the name of your accommodation (*). No bags will be distributed.
Abstracts can be downloaded from here. You will need the password to access the link. You can find the passwor on the leaflet.
Name badges for those who have registered in advance will be placed at the registration counter. Please take your own name badge. Those who have not pre-registered should pay online on the spot.
Please dress in "Cool Biz" attire (Reference: Weather in Tsukuba City)
*This conference is supported by Tsukuba Tourism & Convention Association and Tsukuba City. The number of people who stayed in Tsukuba City and the information of their accommodation are required for the subsidy application. We appreciate your cooperation.
２ Oral presentations
Each presenter is required to prepare his/her own PC for oral presentation.
The ratio of the projector is 16:9 and its terminal is HDMI. If you have a MacBook or other PC with only a USB port, please make sure to bring a conversion adapter.
It is possible to output audio into the venue via an HDMI cable.
One wired microphone and one wireless microphone are available in the room.
３ Poster presentations
Poster pins are available at the venue.
Please remove your poster promptly after the time of your slot.
４ Lunch
Please refer to the Gourmet Map for information on lunch during the conference. You can bring food and beverages at the venue (Tsukuba International Congress Center, 4th floor).
５ Parking

One-day parking tickets are available for ¥1,100 at the registration desk.
