Economy one-way flight approved by onboarding team or your local embassy (standard package)
Airport transfer from your home (in your hometown) to the airport
Airport transfer to accommodation in destination country.
Note: This includes costs associated with taxi services and/or ridesharing platforms such as, but not limited to, Uber X, Grab Car, Bolt, and similar services. If a receipt cannot be provided, the employee may be unable to claim reimbursement for the associated expense.
Agoda support your first 30 days temporary accommodation in your destination country. More details will be provided by your onboarding case owner.
Note:
This benefit must be utilized within 6 months of your start date in the country.
If you already found a long-term place to stay, this benefit will be forfeited, it cannot be converted to cash.
All Visa application fees that apply. Advanced payment is required, please keep all receipts for later reimbursement once you join us.

Additional Luggage 46 Kgs per person if shipment container 30 cbm is not utilized.
Dependent Support Validity: Employees can reimburse air travel cost for dependents (spouse, domestic partner and children) as pre-approved by the Global Mobility team. Dependents must utilize the air travel benefit within the first 6 months after employee’s hire date. Upfront agreement is required if employee is planning to fly their dependents in after 6 months.
Agoda covers all fees related to pet relocation, such as transport, permit application, required vaccinations and similar services, up to a total budget of USD 2,000 only. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the employee.
We will not be covering extra costs exceeding the maximum granted budget, or any other expenses not mentioned on your relocation letter or not in the section above.
Examples: (1) Extension of temporary accommodation; (2) re-application for work permit due to outbound travel within 2-3 weeks of arrival in Thailand; (3) any costs due to shipment delay incurred from your side; (4) Lounge fee at embassy
