Limited financial support for some applicants was be available to cover accommodation and travel expenses (especially for some early career mathematicians).

If you expect your travel expenses to be covered by the organizers please do not buy the tickets by yourself but rather send the chosen flight details (or the arrival and departure dates and the route) to the organizers mispb2019@gmail.com to book the tickets for you.

Warning on possible lodging scam

Some participants of previous conferences held at Euler Institute told us that they were approached by telephone by people from Business Travel Management and other companies purporting to help with the booking of accommodation and requesting the credit card information. This is a scam, you should not give them any valuable personal information. The organizing committee has no relation whatsoever with Business Travel Management. No one from the organizers is going to ask for your credit card information especially since we do not need it: in order to book the hotel we need only your name, and if we are going to cover you accommodation expenses then we will pay directly to the hotel.
