My thesis focuses on Floating Solar Photovoltaics, with a particular emphasis on Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) to identify the most suitable water bodies across Bangladesh for the installation of floating solar plants. By considering multiple criteria my research aims to pinpoint the most viable locations for these systems. Once the optimal sites are identified, a Techno-Economic Analysis is done to assess the feasibility of floating solar photovoltaics in terms of both technical performance and economic viability, aiming to advance sustainable energy solutions in Bangladesh.Â

I've worked on another paper as 2nd author, The paper provides a detailed overview of Concentrated Solar Power (CSP). A comparative comparison based on important characteristics including operating temperature, solar concentration ratio, and land-use efficiency is included in the article along with a thorough explanation of their operational principles, mathematical modeling, and efficiency estimates. The technical and financial viability of executing CSP around Bangladesh is also evaluated by the study. In this study, I have contributed on the Parabolic Trough Collector (PTC) and Linear Fresnel Reflector (LFR) segment.
