About the Posters 

The poster images contained herin were scanned from the original posters displayed at Hallworth's Barber Shop  between 1925 & 1929. Their shop was located at 9 Locust Street, Dover, NH. It opened in April, 1909 and operated there until 1933, at which time they relocated around the corner to Washington Street. The posters were brought home after each event had occured and were stored in the basement of Ted's home on Portland Avenue. The posters remained in that basement until 2014, at which time the property was sold outside of the family.
