The agency was originally founded in 2016 to assist both low income adults and elders to obtain affordable housing.  Fast forward we have recently become a care coordination agency that assist adults and elderly persons that qualify for medi-Cal benefits to become accepted into the assisted living waiver program.  Our mission is to offer our services as well connect you with other partnering resources in communities spanning from Sacramento to San Diego.
