AARP Care Coordination Agency is dedicated to assisting both adults and elderly when needing additional assistance when faced with a possible terminal illnes.  We have partnered with Bellevue Hospice Care to take care of those palliative care and end of life needs.

Our care coordinators will assist you in contacting and ongoing support throughout the placement and other resource processes.

The CA Room & Board Advisory Coalition (CRBAC) and the Independent Living Association (ILA) are agencies focused on supporting owners of privately owned homes or complexes that provide housing for adults with mental illness and other disabling health conditions needing no medical oversight and able to function without supervision. 

The California Room and Board Advisory Coalition© is a free resource for consumers and advocates seeking safe, sanitary rooms in shared housing. Our primary purpose is to advocate, educate and guide operators to aid in the wellness and self sufficiency of adults, low income seniors and behavioral health consumers living in their homes.  

Independent Livings facilitate a group of adults living together as a family, and provide a safe affordable home for thousands of people in San Diego County. For clients living with mental illness on a limited budget, such as Social Security, locating affordable housing can be an enormous hurdle.  Housing is one of the major barriers to recovery from mental illness.  

Alcohol and substance abuse remains two of the leading causes of illness and can exacerbate other ailments existing among our adult and elderly populations.  AARP Group LLC is working to offer substance abuse services specifically for this population.
