A syllabus is a tool for planning. Its creation directs the course's growth by the instructor. By creating a syllabus, teachers can specify the objectives of the course, the learning goals of the students, the creation and alignment of the assessment plans, and the timetable for the course.
Students can also use a course overview or syllabus as a reference. You are letting students know about the readings they will be doing by establishing course objectives and learning objectives. The schedule also outlines the deadlines for the expectations that are placed on the students.
