AgentChat is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information. This policy explains what minimal data the app uses and why.
This policy covers AgentChat the app only. AgentChat is a client — it does not operate AI agents. When you connect to a third-party AI agent, that agent's operator has their own data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any agent you connect to.
Information We Do NOT Collect
No name, email, or account information
No location data
No device identifiers
No analytics or usage tracking
No advertising identifiers
No conversation content — your chats never pass through our servers
AgentChat stores the following locally on your device only:
Saves agents list : In order to remember agents you've added
Saves the Conversation History: In order to show your past chat messages
Saves your App settings : In order to save your preferences (e.g. dark mode)
Saves Anonymous Session Id: To Identify your session to the AI agent without revealing your identity.
This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.
Communication with AI Agents
When you send a message, it is transmitted directly to the AI agent's server you have chosen to connect to. AgentChat acts as a client — we do not operate the AI agents and do not intercept or store messages in transit.
Please review the privacy policy of any AI agent you connect to, as their data practices may differ from ours.
AgentChat requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach a photo to a message. Images are sent directly to the agent you are chatting with. We do not store or upload your photos anywhere else.
AgentChat does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising and requires no account.
If we update this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
