Wellness Walks and Yoga in the Park
We will soon add some dates for a monthly walk in the park, followed by a gentle yoga practice.
Usually around a series or theme, Marcela and Rhonda alternate leading each yoga class.
Rhonda's classes emphasize deep stretching and relaxation with a combination of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
