I am a registered member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Internet Society (ISOC).

Academia

I hold a BSc. Computer Science degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2009-2013) in Kumasi, Ghana. My undergraduate degree project was on building a mini Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which managed HR (Payroll & Leave).

In 2014, I moved to the Sverdlovsk Oblast in Russia to pursue a Masters in Applied Informatics (IT Innovations in Business) at Ural Federal University (UrFU) and graduated with distinction in 2016. My final year master's thesis was on Automatic Detection of Abuse on Social Media.

I'm currently working on my PhD (Кандидат Наук -Технических Наук) at UrFU on Management in Organizational Systems (2.3.4 Управление в организационных системах.) focusing on modelling web UI Evaluation Algorithms.

I worked for as a Junior Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UrFU, followed by a promotion to Lecturer for 1 year. I have also worked in the Department of Systems Analysis and Decision Making in the Graduate School of Economics and Management at Ural Federal University

Presently, as a Senior Lecturer (Department of Big Data Analytics and Video Analysis Methods), I now have the privilege of lecturing masters students and consulting on graduate students' dissertations in the Engineering School of Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Control Systems

Research Interests

My primary research focuses on Electronic Government and the role of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Modern Technology in influencing Decision Making in the Public Sector.
