Sikkim is a small but culturally rich state located in the northeastern Himalayas of India. It shares borders with Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet (China), and West Bengal, and is known for its stunning landscapes, diverse ethnic communities, and spiritual heritage. The population is primarily Hindu and Buddhist, but a growing Christian minority—especially among tribal and Nepali-speaking communities—is emerging across the state. Despite the growth of Christianity, many pastors serve in remote, mountainous regions with limited resources, little access to formal theological education, and few opportunities for fellowship or training. These leaders are passionate and faithful, but often lack the tools needed to effectively disciple and shepherd their churches.
The upcoming conference in Sikkim will equip local church leaders with biblical training, music intensives, worship workshops, and media skills. It will support pastors who often work in isolation by offering practical tools, spiritual encouragement, and a renewed vision. This holistic approach aims to strengthen churches in one of India’s most spiritually significant yet underserved regions.

Leyte is a province in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines, known for its lush landscapes, historic World War II sites, and deeply religious communities. The majority of the population identifies as Roman Catholic, with a growing number of evangelical and Pentecostal churches emerging, especially in rural and coastal areas. Many local pastors and ministry leaders are bi-vocational, serving their congregations while managing jobs or farming to support their families. Access to formal theological education and ministry development opportunities is often limited, especially in remote barangays (smallest administrative division) and island communities, leaving many leaders with a strong calling but few resources for growth.
The upcoming conference in Leyte will provide a vital opportunity to equip and encourage local church leaders through solid biblical teaching, worship and music training, and practical media skills for ministry. In a region where many pastors lack formal support or mentorship, these gatherings will help renew their passion, enhance their effectiveness, and foster unity across denominations. By investing in spiritual, creative, and technical development, the conference will empower leaders to disciple their churches more deeply and reach their communities more effectively with the Gospel.

Manipur is a northeastern state of India, bordered by Nagaland, Mizoram, Assam, and Myanmar. Known for its scenic beauty and vibrant tribal cultures, Manipur is home to a diverse mix of ethnic groups, languages, and religions. While Hinduism and traditional tribal beliefs are practiced in the valley areas, many of the hill tribes—such as the Nagas and Kukis—have embraced Christianity, making Manipur one of the more Christian-influenced states in the region. Still, the Church faces serious challenges: political unrest, ethnic tension, economic hardship, and limited access to ongoing ministry training. Many pastors and leaders serve faithfully under difficult conditions, often without the support systems or resources found in more developed areas.
The upcoming conference in Manipur will equip church leaders with biblical teaching, promote unity across ethnic and denominational lines, and encourage perseverance in the face of local challenges. It will include worship and music training, along with media and communication workshops to help churches engage the next generation. These conferences will offer practical skills, encouragement, and a renewed vision to transform both leaders and communities in a region grappling with spiritual hunger and social struggles.
