- Dec. or June 18-21: Vote for Gen. of Min./ Harv.

Must run for position to be voted in. If you lose an election, you may run for a later election. Aeterna Rex may not vote on anything to avoid bias, and, therefore, will not be part of the council. When there is a tie, treat it as a loss. Leader can call for a special election at any time, but must be voted on first. If the special election passes, leader will administrate special election.
- Leaders can serve as many terms as they want, but they may not be voted into office consecutively. Leaders are the only people who can suggest a law, unless If two members of the council both move to propose a law together, then the law may be proposed. These votes must have 2/3 approval.
Leaders cannot vote on laws or rank promotions suggested by themselves.
- Citizens cannot vote; Citizens may at any time, however, send a message to the corporation leader telling them that they want to request full corporate responsibilities and be given a new rank, SOS runner.
- SOS Runners and citizens may not become protectors, generals, or leader; Generals and protectors may not interrupt a term to become leader.
- Tax rates may not drop below 10%, but may not go above 50%.
Leader can take from the PT national bank.
- In order to move from a SOS Runner to a lieutenant, you must have a power of 50,000 or more and donate 500,000 solars.
- Leader may evaluate people into inner rankings, A, B, C,D, & E. If the Leader has evaluated someone into a ranking they do not have a reason for being in, they will be questioned by the Aeterna Rex, who can call this to a review / vote. There may be an A general and a C general. A's are the highest, so the A general could command the C general.
D level people may not be promoted or voted into office, but may be appointed by leader.
E level cannot be lowered and is the highest above all. E always has a review / re-vote, and is only given to the founder of the corporation, the Aeterna Rex, Pokeboy. Rank C, or probation, has no penalties, but may be treated as equal to rank D.
- If the council is not full (1 leader, 3 generals, 1 Aeterna Rex, and 1 protector, 1 advertiser, plus however many spies and privateers there are there are), any A members may vote on council matters as well.
- Protectorate System:
- Application to become a protectorate of PT: Send a request with data on corp. government. A response will be sent back within a week.
- Rules of Protectorates: A protectorate is treated like a separate state of PT, with PT being the federal government. You must help defend PT. If PT passes laws that affect your corporation, you MUST follow them, or you will be removed from the PT list of Protectorates.
- Rights of Protectorates: A protectorate may keep its form of government. A protectorate may have PT aid. A protectorate may be represented by the protector of PT on the council.
- On votes involving protectorates, a vote must be 2/3 of the council to pass. The protector must keep in mind that they represent the best interests of all protectorates and of PT, not just of the protectorate the law effects. The best interests are not always what the people want.
- During war, this rule applies: Any trying to join will be held until post-war, and any trying to leave will be put on the kill-on-sight list under suspicion of espionage (unless they are a spy going to spy on another corporation).
- When the leader nominates an advertiser, privateer, or spy, the council must vote on the matter.
- If you are inactive for 744 Hours, you are stripped of rank. If you are inactive for 2232 Hours, you are kicked. If you wish to retain an account in the corporation, you may retire and take a place as a Ngo Mang, once you have sold all belongings and donated all money to corp. funds. Any modules Mk. C and above should be transfered to corp. ships and not sold. If this happens, another council member will assume the stripped member's rank's responsibilities along with their own based on the chart:
Key: Stripped Member's Rank = Responsibility-Assuming Member's Rank
Leader = Sub-Leader
Sub-Leader = Protector, Also Leader if Protector is gone.
Protector = Gen. of Atk./Esp.
Gen. of Atk./Esp. = Gen. of Sci./Manu.
Gen. of Sci./Manu. = Gen. of Min./Harv.
Gen. of Min./Harv. = Gen. of Com./Fin.
Gen. of Com./Fin = Protector, Also Sub-Leader if Protector is gone.
Whenever the leader wants, he may call for a vote between the dual rank member and other members in the council. The winner will get the rank the original person was stripped of.- Advertiser, Aeterna Rex, Sub-Leader, General of Commerce and Finances, and Leader all share 1/3 power over matters of finances. All matters will be voted on between those three. The advertiser does not need to give equal amounts to all recruits, and may judge as they please.
- Voting for laws in the council ends after 48 hours.
Colonial System:
Requirements: Colonies must have full planetary control under one owner and a colony must pay a tax of 5% on all money made from the colony to the corporation funds. Rewards: Colonies will be given a defense in times of war. Additionally, colony owners may force a law into review if they claim it hurts their colony. This does not mean the law will be changed, just that it must be reviewed and re-voted on by the council.
Rewards are given out to members as they get stronger, but only if they ask.100k: 100 diamonds, 200k: 200 diamonds, etc.
War Council: Leader, Aeterna Rex, Protector, General of Attack and Espionage, Spies, and Privateers all share equal voting power on matters of war.
Impeachment Act: If any officer, even the leader, commits a crime or breaks a law, any member of the council may move to review. They will be judged by the Aeterna Rex, and then it will be voted upon. If voted out, they will be moved out of their rank, or, in the case of the leader, be asked to kindly move out immediately. When a leader is removed for any reason, the Sub-Leader takes over his term.
Standardized Message System:
If a message is sent to an outside source that is not approved by the Aeterna Rex or one of the standardized messages, but is still used for a scenario when a standardized message could have been used, the sender will be punished.
Standardized Messages:
1. Warning One: You have been warned. If you attack a PT installation again, it will not be tolerated, and you will be added to our KOS list.
2. Declaration of KOS (warning two): You were warned and persisted to attack PT installations. You have been added to our KOS list. We will hunt you down and kill you, and we will try to encourage others to do the same. Beware!
