In 1960, El Camino College faculty created the first community college AFT local in California. For more than sixty years, the Federation has been committed to improving the working conditions and learning conditions at El Camino College. We are El Camino College faculty who work full and part-time to serve our students, our colleagues, and our surrounding communities.
