Benefits & Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment 2026

Open Enrollment for the 2026 calendar year begins Monday, November 3rd at 12:00 PM and runs through Thursday, November 14th.
All eligible employees will receive an email directly from bswift, Glenbard’s new online benefits system, when enrollment opens.

Please log into your bswift account to enroll or waive coverage for the 2026 plan year.
Changes you make during this window will take effect January 1, 2026.

How to Enroll in bswift

You’ll receive a direct link from bswift in your Glenbard email.
Once you receive it:

1. Go to glenbard87.bswift.com
   
   

2. Username: First initial + last name (example: JSmith)
   
   

3. Password: Last 4 digits of your SSN (you’ll be prompted to change it)
   
   

4. Click Visit the Enrollment Center → Enroll Now
   
   

5. Review and complete each section (you’ll see a green check once finished)
   
   

6. Print or email your confirmation summary before closing
   
   

💬 All enrollments must be completed by November 14th. If not completed, your coverage may automatically terminate.

Plan Updates for 2026

No plan design changes this year, but a few key updates include:

• 🏥 Medical: +5.3%

• 🦷 Dental: +1.8%

• 👓 Vision: +2%

• 🧠 New Provider: Life Insurance, Voluntary Life, Accident, and Critical Illness plans have moved from Lincoln to Principal

Other Important Info

• 2025 benefits information is still available in Employee Navigator until December.

• After that, all benefit access and updates will be managed through bswift.

• You must re-enroll each year if you participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
