Oral Presentations
1.1 In-person presentation
Time allocated for each oral presentation is 15 Minutes including question and answer

1.2 Virtual oral Presentation
The conference will be streamed live
All presentations will be pre-recorded 12 minute videos to ensure that presentations go on smoothly without any disruption that might be caused by the instability of the internet. However, each presenter is required to be available, live, during the question-and-answer time to address the questions.
Total duration of Oral Presentation is 15 minutes, including question and answer

Size of the video: 300-600 MB
Resolution: 1280 pixels wide Χ 720 pixels high

Note that we will be using zoom to stream the conference live. Ensure that your files are compatible with zoom

2.0 Poster Presentations
2.1 In-person poster presentation
Recommended printing size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) Landscape
All posters should be mounted on Monday Morning (28th July, 2025) by 07:30hours. This will allow enough time for all posters to be ready before the official opening time for the guest of honor to tour the poster stands
All posters will remain mounted for the rest of the conference period
Owners of the posters are expected to remove them by end of the day Thursday, 31st July 2025
2.2 Virtual Poster presentation
Format poster as PDF OR powerpoint Show (PPSX) file on one page
Design the poster in a landscape orientation,
Poster dimension should be 1920 x 1080 pixels
Use a resolution of at least 150 DPI to ensure readability
Posters will be rolling on the screens during poster time and people interested in learning more will be connected to the poster owners. Kindly note this change from the previous guide.
Add authors names and affiliations and indicate a corresponding author with an e-mail address for contact.
