In-person registration fees include lunch and snacks during the period of the conference. The fees also include Opening Dinner & Closing Dinner
There are two payment options: Through CLICKNPAY website which accepts major credit cards or Direct Bank Transfer. Bank details for Direct Bank Transfer are provided on the Registration Form. You will be able to download the registration form from the system after you have registered. After paying, send your proof of Payment to ALL the following email addresses:

PAYMENT ON-SITE
The Copperbelt University has provided for on-site payment through the point-of-sale machine for those coming in person. If you plan to come and pay on-site, kindly register for the conference first through this link:
https://www.cbu.ac.zm/unipod/pay/. Ensure to download your registration form which will show the amount to pay.
After conference registration, then register through this link: https://forms.gle/Zm63HtHgHCHWyujT9 to pay at the conference site in Zambia. We need to have this information by Monday, 21st July 2025

Costs vary by participant country of origin level of income defined by WorldBank and professional classification. Lower fees available for professionals with a Tree-Ring Society (TRS) and the Association for Tree-Ring Research (ATR) membership. Registration fees for WorldDendro 2025 will be as follows (Note that registration costs have been updated since initially posted):
In-person participation:
Upper Income Countries Professional Non-members of TRS and ATR: $650
Lower or Middle Income Countries Professional Non-members of TRS and ATR: $450
Upper Income Countries Professional members of TRS and ATR: $625
Lower or middle Income Countries Professional members of TRS and ATR: $425
Upper Income Countries Students: $350
Lower or middle Income Countries Students: $300
Virtual Participation
All income levels, non-members of TRS and ATR : $200
All income levels, members of TRS and ATR: $175
