At LIU Nouakchott in Mauritania, I managed the construction and establishment of a university under challenging desert conditions and with limited resources and labor. Over five years, I led the project to completion, ensuring it became one of the most well-established universities in the area. The opening ceremony was a significant success, with stakeholders praising the dedication and hard work that went into the project.
