As a site engineer at Al Nawras Building, my role involved ensuring the successful delivery of well-established apartments through meticulous oversight and coordination. Key responsibilities included:

1. Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborated with architects, project managers, and contractors to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.

2. Quality Control and Assurance: Monitored construction processes to ensure adherence to specified standards, regulations, and client expectations.

3. On-Site Supervision: Managed daily on-site operations, efficiently coordinating labor and resources, and swiftly addressing any issues that arose.

4. Technical Support: Provided technical guidance to the construction team, solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless progress.

5. Safety Management: Implemented and enforced safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

6. Progress Reporting: Maintained detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any modifications made to the original plans, reporting regularly to senior management.

Despite the loss of many project pictures due to a device issue, all project details and information have been carefully preserved, ensuring a comprehensive record of the successful completion of the apartments at Al Nawras Building.
