Ladies and Gentlemen,

Attached are the Annual Leave Bid Lines, Day at Time Slots, Seniority List and Bid Times for the 2021 Annual Leave Bid. Additionally, below you will find the link to the Live/ Real Time annual leave bid tool. This tool is now active and will allow you to both, review the bid lines now electronically from any computer that has internet access, but will also give you a real time look as the bid is ongoing. You all will receive a separate email that will contain the password for the attached documents and the above mentioned tool. As a reminder the Annual Leave Bid will start on December 1^st and run through December 4^th, and will be effective starting January 3, 2021. This bid will be conduct telephonically similarly to the Annual Shift Bid that was conducted earlier this year. The telephone number to call into will be (915) 774-4621, please do not call into this line until your scheduled appointment time.
