Section 1.1: Recognition of Divine Authority
All members acknowledge the Holy God of David and Abraham as the ultimate authority.
Sovereignty is a divine right, granted by the Creator to all sons and daughters of man.
No earthly king, priest, or judge may override this divine mandate.
Section 1.2: Escape from Satanic Realms
Members exercise their God-fearing sovereign rights to break free from:
Corporate fictions (e.g., NORGE AS, USA INC.)
Admiralty/Maritime Law (jurisdiction of the sea)
Legal entities (e.g., "PERSON" in ALL CAPS)
All prior contracts are null and void under Divine Law and Natural Law.
Section 1.3: Immunity from Earthly Authorities
Members stand as kings and queens in their own right.
No judge, court, or administrative body may claim authority over a sovereign member.

📜 2.1 Qualifications for Membership
Sovereign Status: Must be a living man/woman (not a legal fiction).
Acknowledgment of Union: Must sign and uphold this Code.
Rejection of Corporate Systems: Must renounce all jurisdiction under NORGE AS, USA INC., or other administrative entities.
Loyalty to Aethergard: Must prioritize the Union’s interests above personal gain.
